Leadership
David Tawfik is the President and CEO of Princeton International Properties, which was founded by his father, Albert Tawfik, in 1978. Prior to taking over the leadership reins from his father, David worked alongside Albert in the early stages of the company’s development. He maintains his father’s old-world honorable, handshake style of doing business.David has over 30-years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, financing, repositioning, management and leasing. His business acumen coupled with his focused yet flexible management of his professional team have been instrumental in growing the firm’s portfolio and its investment returns. Under David’s stewardship, Princeton has become a highly regarded real estate firm in the New York Metropolitan area.
